2 7oz. boneless chicken breats

1/3 cup olive oil

1 package whole mushrooms

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 1/2 cup marsala wine

Pinch parsley

Prepare garlic and parsley.

Start preparing pasta. (Prepare this at the same time).

Toss chicken breasts in flour, covering completely.

Heat oil over medium heat - do not burn - in large saucepan before adding
the floured chicken breasts.

Add the chicken to the oil and cook until lightly colored on both sides.

Add the mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.

Pour in the wine and cook on low until sauce thickens.
